  I don't normally do this sort of thing but i am so disappointed with the poor service that i have received from Transtools Ltd that i thought it worth a 'word of warning' to any prospective business transactions with them. I ordered and paid for a Sealant Gun, on PayPal, via their on line store on 14th Dec 2016 to be delivered to one of my construction sites in the Essex area. I paid an additional £2.98 'Shipping' cost for a speedy delivery. I made a chase up call to their Customer Service line on the 21st December because the item had not been received on site and i was told that it was the Post Office fault and that they had no way to track the order! I called again today 4/1/17 because the item has still not arrived on site and i was informed that it was all the Post Office Fault and i was told by the lady on the phone that maybe "i could send someone down to the Local Post Office Sorting Depot to collect the parcel"? When i pointed out that this usually means having to supply a 'failed delivery card or suchlike' to collect the said parcel, which we did not have because there has been no failed delivery, (No delivery at all in fact, hence the call)!.. the lady on the telephone suggested that i should just explain to the Post Office staff what had happened and tell them where we were from and that should be enough to collect the parcel! Seriously!!!!! I paid for an item and a service and i have received neither and if this company is willing to deflect fault and avoid responsibility for their ineptitude and poor service they obviously should not to be trusted with any more of my business, or yours for that matter! You have been warned! Very, very poor service.
